Q: What is the delivery time on orders?
A: Your order will be processed and dispatched ASAP. Depending on your delivery address and the day of order, the delivery time is usually anywhere between 1-9 working days.

A: Each order is packed and dispatched as a separate shipment. Therefore, on limited occasions shipments to the same address may arrive on different days.

Q: What is the cancellation and return policy?
A: You may cancel your membership anytime once you have received your initial shipment. You have the right to return product and receive a full refund (excluding P&H) if the seal is not broken so long as you notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. If the seal on a DVD is broken, you must notify us or return the item within 28 days of your order for refund excluding P&H.
